I grew up a figure skater and while skating a post-game skate after a Chicago Wolves game in hockey skates head coach Sean Sodko asked what I was doing…I replied learning how to skate in these things. Sean said, “You are joining our team and that is not a request.” My reply, “I don’t know how to play hockey” Sean’s retort to that, ” I can teach you hockey you can skate – that’s the hard part.”
